SHIPPING POLICY:

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Hidden Twos is no longer responsible for the package.

After this point, responsibility for delivery, delays, damage, or loss lies solely with the shipping carrier.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Orders are shipped exactly as the shipping address is entered at checkout.

Hidden Twos is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, discarded, or destroyed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing apartment or unit numbers.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages lost due to address errors.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES:

If a package is marked undeliverable or cannot be delivered, it may not be returned to us.

In these cases, we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments.

Please ensure your shipping information is 100% correct before completing your order.

DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are responsible once the package is in their possession.

If you experience difficulty with the carrier, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a resolution.
